1. Eligibility 1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 1.2 You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Services Provided 2.1 The Platform enables decentralized lending and borrowing of digital assets via smart contracts. 2.2 You may deposit supported digital assets to earn interest or borrow assets by providing collateral. 2.3 The Platform does not offer investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Any information or educational material provided is for informational purposes only.
3. Risks and Disclaimers 3.1 Market Risk: Digital asset values are inherently volatile and subject to rapid market fluctuations. 3.2 Smart Contract Risk: The Platform relies on smart contracts, which may contain vulnerabilities or experience unforeseen failures. 3.3 Regulatory Risk: Regulatory frameworks for DeFi are evolving; changes in laws or regulations may affect your ability to use the Platform. 3.4 No Guarantees: The Platform makes no guarantees regarding returns, liquidity, or the security of assets deposited. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
4. User Responsibilities 4.1 You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, wallet credentials, and any security measures related to your account. 4.2 You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraudulent transactions. 4.3 You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone or disputed once confirmed.
5. Fees and Interest Rates 5.1 The Platform may impose fees for borrowing, withdrawing, or other services; such fees will be disclosed to you before any transaction is executed. 5.2 Interest rates for lending and borrowing are determined algorithmically and may fluctuate. You acknowledge that rates can change without prior notice, subject to these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Platform nor its affiliates will be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:
Market fluctuations;
Smart contract vulnerabilities or failures;
Unauthorized access to your wallet or account;
Regulatory actions affecting Platform operations. 6.2 All warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement), are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Termination and Suspension 7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in activities deemed harmful to the Platform. 7.2 The Platform may modify, restrict, or discontinue features or services at any time, with or without prior notice.
8. Governing Principles and Dispute Resolution 8.1 These Terms are governed by the principles of decentralized governance. Disputes will be addressed through community-driven mechanisms or arbitration procedures mutually agreed upon by the parties. 8.2 If no community resolution is reached, disputes may proceed via an independent arbitration service selected by the Platform. The arbitrator(s) will be chosen based on expertise in decentralized finance, neutrality, and community trust. Proceedings may occur virtually, and all parties must abide by the arbitrator’s binding decision. All arbitration-related costs—administrative fees, arbitrator fees, and other expenses—will be borne by the arbitration service provider and not by the disputing parties.
9. Amendments 9.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
